High school
My introduction to photography began in 2007 when I took my first darkroom class in high school. The science and magic of developing film and prints had me hooked. In 2009, I majored in Photographic Technology, which also kickstarted my design career and has led me to some pretty cool places.
Things I’ve learned along the way:
Photography is not reality.
Everyone and everything can be beautiful.
Photography is just as dependent on luck as education and talent.
The film is free (digitally at least) - so don’t stop shooting until you get the shot or enough shots to photo-stitch together one decent shot (refer back to #1).
Ask for forgiveness, not permission (within reason and always legally).
